Senior Worker Early Adopter Grant (SWEAG) + Part-Time Re-employment Grant (PTRG)Apply for Grant
The Senior Worker Early Adopter Grant and Part-time Re-employment Grant can be used to support employers in implementing key recommendations by the Tripartite Workgroup on Older Workers. They’re introduced as part of the Senior Worker Support Package in February 2020.
- Allows companies to continue tapping on the rich experience and skillsets of these group of workers.
- Companies adopting these policies will also be seen as progressive employers
- Companies will potentially be able to attract more talents.
Employers will receive funding support up to $250,000 to implement early adoption of higher retirement/re-employment ages and/or part time re-employment policy for its senior workers.
Basically, company will get to enjoy $5k grant for each SG citizen or PR employee (on CPF) above 60 years old capped at 50 Senior Workers.
